  • I offer individual and group therapy sessions for children to young adults.

    I am available to meet on Telehealth, in-person in-office, or in-person in nature.

    I offer individual nature therapy, as well as group nature therapy sessions.

    I am open to collaborating to create something new and unique for your or your child’s needs.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.

    You can expect therapy to be like having an extended support system, tailored to your unique needs. I like to provide psychoeducation, “homework,” and tools that you can use in-between sessions to help compliment the work we do together.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form, or give me a call/text to set up a free 15-minute consultation.

    I can answer any questions you may have, as well as share more about my work and what you can expect sessions to look like. I will then send you the necessary paperwork to fill out, and we will schedule our first session for a time and place that works best for you.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • For individual sessions, it is $150 for 50 minutes.

    Groups are $50 per session for 60 minutes.

    If cost is a barrier to working with me, sliding scale is available upon request.

  • No, I do not take insurance. While I do not work directly with any insurance providers I can provide you with a monthly super bill that you can give to your insurance for potential partial reimbursement.

  • I offer in-person sessions in office in Downtown Santa Barbara, CA., as well as in various nature locations. For those who prefer, or are outside of the area and still in California, Telehealth is available
